What is this video about?
This is a short interactive film I made for my interactive communication course. The title—Aide-toi et le ciel t'aidera (Help yourself and heaven will help you)—captures the spirit of the piece: the idea that taking initiative and putting in effort creates momentum in life.
Making this project on a tight timeline forced me to think carefully about what I could do with limited time and resources. Interactive media is a different beast from linear video; you have to think about branching paths, user choice, and how each decision shapes the experience. It's less about telling a story to someone and more about creating a space where they explore it themselves.
I'm sharing it here partly because I'm curious what resonates with people, and partly because even small projects like this teach you something about craft and constraint. When you only have a short window to create, you learn to strip away the nonessential and focus on what actually matters.
