What is this video about?
This is some raw 4K footage I shot with the DJI Mavic Air during the summer of 2018. I wanted to capture what this drone could do cinematically—the smooth flight, the color grading, the way it moves through space.
The Mavic Air was a solid mid-range drone at the time, compact enough to travel with but capable of producing genuinely usable footage. I was exploring what felt natural to film, the kinds of angles and movements that worked, without overthinking it too much.
